If you are suffering from chronic pain, we welcome you to call us. We typically recommend that you have a referral even if it is not required by your insurance company. Most times, your primary care physician will be able to order diagnostic imaging that will be required for your initial consultation. Xrays and MRIs can be extremely valuable in diagnosing chronic pain and we encourage you to bring electronic copies (CD’s) of your studies to the consultation. During your initial visit in our office, Dr. Martinez will complete an examination, review your medical history, review available diagnostic imaging, and thoroughly explain any recommended treatment options.
