We maintain a full procedure suite which allows us to perform image-guided injections in our own office. Some offices utilize outpatient surgery centers and larger facilities for their procedures. These facilities charge their own fees and are often times in different insurance networks than the physicians. We do not charge separate facility fees for our procedures.
